        Biography of Marco Ciotti

        I got my degree in Medicine 1n 1989, at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Following my degree, I specialized in Oncology in 1994 at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. In the same University, I specialized in Microbiology and Virology in 2001.

        I spent a period of research at the National Institute of Health, MD, USA, where I worked in the laboratory of Genetic Disorders of Drug Metabolism, Heritable Disorders Branch, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

        Since 2002, I work in the laboratory of molecular virology of the Polyclinic Tor Vergata Foundation, Rome, Italy.
